Sales Administration

Full-time position


Role:
Responsible to handle the daily tasks and process related to sales and administration. This position involves preparing and processing sales related documents; developing new and existing products; managing the database and inventory; recording and preparing monthly sales-related reports; managing daily customer requests; and coordinating with other departments within the organization.


Requirements:
• At least Diploma/Higher Diploma or Degree in a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to communicate (verbal and written) effectively in English is essential. Fluency in Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia would be helpful.
• Experience using MYOB Retail Manager (Point of Sale software) would be an advantage.
• Able to work independently, committed and dedicated.
• Well-organized, resourceful, analytical, team player, show initiative, and detailed-oriented.
• Possess good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel).
