Partnerships - Administration

Main Office, Petaling Jaya
Full-time position

Role:

Responsible for providing overall administrative support to the Partnerships team which includes donor care and administration, and assisting with fundraising efforts.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in this field.
  • Minimum qualifications of a Diploma and above in any related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to converse/write in Chinese would be an advantage.
  • Computer literate including use of Microsoft Office, with good spreadsheet skills (including Excel). Experience of working with database would be an advantage.
  • High levels of accuracy, excellent attention to detail, resourceful and proactive with sense of urgency and ability to work independently.
  • Good social skills, able to relate to wide range of people and commitment to building trust are essential.
