Principal Responsibilities:

1. Pre-Workshop & Pre-TOF: Planning & Preparation
• Contact and liaise with schools, colleges, organizations, and churches on workshop and TOF arrangement
• Contact and secure facilitators and assistants for workshop and TOF
• Prepare and disseminate workshop and TOF unit allocations to facilitators and/or trainers
• Prepare and manage the disbursement of stipends to facilitators and/or trainers
• Coordinate the procurement, preparation, packing, and transportation of workbooks, pledge cards, props, freebies, registration/survey/evaluation forms, and other relevant materials
• Track and manage the stock levels of all workshop and TOF resources, props, and relevant materials

2. Post-Workshop & Post-TOF: Follow Up & Analysis
• Follow-up and settle accounts receivables and accounts payable
• Compile, analyze, and report findings from evaluation and survey forms to stakeholders
• Compile facilitation feedbacks, and engage facilitators in improvement discussions
• Prepare and submit a comprehensive accounts summary to the Accounts & Finance Department
• Update CRM database with participants’ data and information
• File and archive pertinent documents and/or correspondences for future reference

3. Other Operational Support
• Facilitate* and/or assist at workshops on an as needed basis
• Participate and/or assist at youth-related projects or events on an as needed basis
*Completion of No Apologies Training of Facilitators a prerequisite for facilitation

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• A minimum of one year working experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• High proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• High oral fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is highly desirable.
