The Youth Executive is responsible to ensure the smooth running of Youth programmes, Training of Facilitators (TOF), and related projects through speaking engagements and efficient execution of day-to-day operations.
The Programmes Executive is responsible for supporting the Programmes Manager in the planning and running of reliable, relevant, and reproducible programmes in the areas of Marriage, Parenting, and Youth, using English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Chinese as the language of communication.

The Partnerships Manager is responsible for identifying and engaging churches to contribute meaningfully towards the sustainability of the organisation’s mission to help families thrive.
PRINCIPAL COUNSELLORPrincipal Counsellor oversees the development and growth of the Counselling Unit and be available to clients and team for direction and counsel on matters related to marriage, parenting, work-family life integration, relationships and mental health.
