Skills:

  • Familiarity with SEO and WordPress would be a bonus.

Responsibilities:

  • Use keywords to improve targeting and optimise FOFM's published content on our website. 
  • Assist on research for articles relevant to marriage, parenting, youths, and family.
  • Upload articles to WordPress. 
  • Build internal links (in-text) for published contents.
Photographer

Skills:

  • A portfolio demonstrating relevant skills or experience.

Other requirements:

  • Time - weekday during school hours (Youth), evenings and/or weekends.

Responsibilities:

  • Capture programme highlights and heart warming moments at FOFM events.
  • Edit photos to enhance visuals or correct any issues. 
  • Present edited photos within 3 days post event.
Videographer

Skills:

  • A portfolio demonstrating relevant skills or experience.

Other requirements:

  • Time - weekday evenings and/or weekends.

Responsibilities:

  • Capture programme highlights and heartwarming moments at FOFM events.
  • Assist in capturing interviews of participants with a FOFM staff.
  • Edit video footage based on given specifications by FOFM.
  • Present edited video within 30 - 60 days.
Emcee

Skills:

  • A portfolio demonstrating relevant skills or experience.
  • Prior experience with FOFM events would be a bonus.

Other requirements:

  • Time - weekday evenings and/or weekends.

Responsibilities:

  • Emcee family events (physical or virtual).
  • Familiarise with given script and attend necessary briefings and trial runs, usually a week prior to event.
SNAPP Facilitator

Skills: 

  • A portfolio demonstrating relevant skills or experience. 
  • Prior experience with FOFM events would be a bonus. 

Other requirements: 

  • Time - school days, i.e. weekdays day time. 

Responsibilities:

  • Attend a half day's briefing on the programme curriculum and go through the programme material in your own time. 
  • Facilitate a class and engage youth on boundaries, values, and relationship building.
    • Play pre-recorded videos and facilitate an activity/reflection. 
Professional Translator

Skills: 

  • A portfolio demonstrating relevant skills or experience. 

Other requirements: 

  • Work from home with flexible timing. 
  • Own a laptop/desktop.

Responsibilities: 

  • Translate books/articles/creative copy from English to Chinese. 
  • Proofread and edit books/articles/creative copy from English to Chinese.
Event Book Table Promoter

Skills: 

  • Able to keep track of transactions and noting any discrepancies. 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in spoken/written Chinese would be an added bonus. 

Other requirements: 

  • Time - weekends.
  • Able to carry heavy boxes of books (est 12kg) to and from the venue.
  • Personal vehicle for transport.

Responsibilities: 

  • Promote English and Chinese books at events.
  • Set up book table and bunting. 
  • Ensure stocks of books and total sales are accurate. 
  • Transport books from FOFM office to venue, and back.  
Data Entry

Skills: 

  • Computer savvy.

Other requirements: 

  • Work from home with flexible timing. 
  • Own a laptop/desktop. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Youth: Transfer physical copies of evaluation forms into the system. 
  • IT: Maintain Constituents database - volunteers will be guided to familiarise with the system. 
Website Support

Skills: 

  • Working knowledge of at least one of the following: WordPress, HTML, CSS, etc. 

Other Requirements: 

  • Work from home with flexible timing. 
  • Own a laptop/desktop. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with creation and updating of website pages.

  • Familiar with social media content writing and trends. 
  • A portfolio demonstrating relevant skills or experience.

Responsibilities: 

  • Write copy for FOFM's social media (Facebook/Instagram). 
  • Keep up to date with current social media content trends (Reels, Video styles). 
Project Assistant

  • Precision in cutting, aligning and sticking materials together would be an added bonus.

Other requirements: 

  • Personal vehicle for transport. 
  • Ad-hoc work from FOFM office.
  • Estimated total time commitment - 4 days.

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist the No Apologies® team to tape 500 vision boards used for Sticky Notes and Push Pins workshop.
