Workshop Synopsis
“Boundaries IRL & Online” emphasises the importance of establishing and respecting boundaries for personal well-being and healthy relationships. Students will learn strategies for effective communication, mutual respect, and maintaining safety and privacy in both personal and digital spaces.
This talk aims to:
Equip students to understand, set, and respect healthy boundaries in person and online.
Encourage skills in communication, self-respect, and mutual respect.
Promote safe online habits and awareness of risks.
Empower students to seek help and make responsible choices that lead to greater freedom.
