Virtual Workshop Synopsis
About 424,000 children in Malaysia grapple with mental health issues according to the National Health and Morbidity Survey (NHMS) 2019.
We live in an increasingly fast-paced and competitive society and the pressure to keep up with constant changes could leave our children feeling panic-stricken and overwhelmed. Find out what you can do to help your child manage their stress and emotions well.
At the end of the virtual workshop, you will be able to:
- Understand common stressors that children face
- Apply parenting principles to build your children’s resilience and confidence
- Apply techniques to help your children cope with stress
