Virtual Workshop Synopsis

The latest National Health and Morbidity Survey (NHMS) 2023 reveals a concerning trend: 1 in 6 children in Malaysia are facing mental health challenges, a number that has doubled since 2019.

In today’s fast-paced, competitive world, the constant pressure to keep up can overwhelm our children. But as parents, there are steps we can take to help our child manage their stress and emotions effectively.

Join our virtual workshop to discover practical ways and be equipped to:

• Identify the common stressors your child faces
• Implement parenting strategies that build resilience and confidence
• Apply techniques to help your child cope with stress

Let’s work together to empower our children with the tools they need to thrive in today’s world.
